Seth is the general contractor and leads each project from the ground up, working closely with clients and trade partners to ensure every detail is done with care. Seth is committed to quality, clear communication, and building homes that are solid and thoughtfully constructed.
Darby supports the business through design input and marketing, helping create spaces that feel cohesive, functional, and timeless.
We’re raising our two kids alongside this work, and that perspective shapes how we build. We understand that a home isn’t just a structure, it’s where everyday life happens.
As a family-run company, we intentionally take on a limited number of projects each year so we can stay hands-on and fully invested in every home we build.
